Our forums are a relatively new option that we've established. These are available through your browser and can be configured to deliver forum posts via e-mail once an account is established.

As much as we may try, software can rarely ever be perfected. If you suspect you've found a bug in one of our products, feel free to contact us directly.

For usage and general questions, you'll first want to consult the Frequently Asked Questions and General Support and Discussion forums for the potential answer to your question.

Try to be as specific as possible when reporting a problem. Give a very literal step-by-step account of how to reproduce the observed behavior. Screenshots or a minimal demonstration project illustrating the incorrect behavior will speed your request.

Depending upon the nature of your request, you will receive a response in anywhere from one to five business days (the typical response will be within 24 hours). If you have not received a response within five business days, please re-send your request (e-mail isn't perfect... some will never arrive).
