As much as we may try, software can rarely ever be perfected. If you suspect you've found a bug in Addict, feel free to contact us directly.
For usage and general questions, you'll first want to consult the Frequently Asked Questions for the potential answer to your question. For those usage questions not on the FAQ, you may wish to try our forums.
When reporting bugs, try to be as specific as possible when reporting the problem. Give a very literal step-by-step account of how to reproduce the observed behavior. Screenshots or a minimal demonstration project illustrating the incorrect behavior will speed your request.
Depending upon the nature of your request, you will receive a response in anywhere from one to five business days (the typical response will be within 24 hours). If you have not received a response within five business days, please re-send your request (e-mail isn't perfect... some never arrives).

Mailing Lists
Addictive Software encourages registered and prospective users of our products to subscribe to community mailing lists. These lists are typically very low traffic and are used as a common forum for users to exchange information and discuss Addict's usage. Confirmed bug reports, work-arounds, and upgrade notifications are also posted to these lists.
