The Addict PlusPack allows you to create your own dictionary from a text
source of words...

We are happy to work with speakers of other languages to develop new
dictionaries for Addict. Word sources available on the Internet must be
public domain or we have the creators permission to use the word list as we
won't violate copyright :)
