New Polish Dictionary available

Thanks to Marcin Frankowski we now have a new Polish Dictionary available
from:

http://www.addictivesoftware.com/dicts.htm

Whilst I believe there is more work to be done, it is a vast improvement
over the previous Polish Dictionary :) This Dictionary is free to
distributed with Applications that use the Addict VCL.

Remember that for your Applications, if you want your users to download from
us, you need to send them to:

http://www.addictivesoftware.com/dicts-extern.htm

So that you look after the support :)

And the Dictionary XML has been updated as well:
