Thanks to Peter van Meijel the Dutch Dictionary has now been updated :)
Mark Carrington supplied some more local names and they have been added
to the Dictionaries.XML
To address the problem of release dates in the XML compared to file date
of the .adm - I've touched all the dictionaries with today's date
(17-Jul-2002) and have updated the XML file accordingly. Version numbers
have remained the same - except for Dutch of course :)
