RE: XML Dictionary File Problem

Hi Glenn:

Any chance the releasedates in the XML could be adjusted for the current
dictionary set to match the file dates now?

Subject: RE: XML Dictionary File Problem

>> Unfortunately, the release date given for dictionaries in the XML
file does not match the last-modified date for the actual dictionary
files (and dictionary files hold no version info), so there is no
reliable way to inform the user. May I suggest either (a) the
releasedate of dictionaries is changed to match the actual dictionary
file last-modified date, or (b) a 'lastmodifieddate' attribute is added
to the version item of dictionaries in the XML file. <<

ReleaseDate Field is updated to be the official release date - and there
is also the version number field - both of which I do update when I
update a dictionary.

Will try to remember to touch the dictionaries in the future.

Addict 4?). <<

Shall add to the wish list :)
