New Addict Demo - replacing Popup Menu

We've added a new demo showing several things including:

1) How to replace the Addict Live Spell Menu with your own custom menu and
still show the Live Spell entries.

2) How to use Actions with Spell Check (and Thesaurus) commands.

3) How to add a simple cut/copy/paste/etc popup menu to a RichEdit (since by
default RichEdits do not have this menu like Edits and Memos do).
