Glenn,
I am using Paradox 4.0 and Addict 3.4.4. I had the same issue with
3.4.1 and upgraded in the hope that this would fix it.

Ray, are you using Addict 3.4.4?
Andrew, which database and Addict version are you using?
If we can find a problem that we can reproduce then we stand a good
chance of fixing it :)
