RE: Dictionary Compiler



Just to be clear here, all EXEs should exist and work on all Win9X platforms
except for the dictionary compiler.  It is written directly to the NT
Unicode layer.  Porting it to win9X may eventually be done, but it is low on
the priority list.

We evidentally have a problem with some of our pluspack exe's on Win9X...
we're looking into it now to see what can be determined...
