The Dictionary Compiler only appears if you Win NT/2000.
Looks like we do have a problem with the Exes for Win9X people - though many
also seem to be fine - anyway we will look at fixing that :(
Thanks for reporting it. As for DictEdit, you do have the source so you can
rebuild it...
