Version 3 Beta 2 changes...

For the curious at heart, here are my overall release notes for beta 2.
Keep in mind that the list of Bug Fixes is not complete... it only
represents some of the more major issues or externally reported issues that
stood out.

* Added a new check type, ctSmart, that first checks selected text (if any)
and then prompts for permission to check the remainder of the document.
* Added UILanguagesFontControls, UILanguagesFontText, and
UILanguagesUseFonts properties to control the fonts used on Addict's default
dialogs.
* Added UseAutoCorrectFirst property to determine if auto-correct takes
precedense over correctly spelled words.
* Added Version property to all components.
* Improved URL Ignore and added new protocols to ignore.
* Phonetic suggestions for Russian.
* Russian, Spanish, Dutch, and German language updates.
