I'm afraid this was very problematic with v2 dictionaries... it generated
way too much support for the common cases. However, I do see exactly where
your coming from with codepage differences and case mappings on character
sets. So, if this becomes a problem, I'll probably add a tool to associate
the upper/lowercase correlations in the dictionary (optional). If its
there, then it'll be used, else the default will be used.
