Russian translation R2

Hello,

As you may remember, Sergey Tkachenho offered his version of a Russian
translation to Addict User Interface yesterday. Since I had had already the
same thing from my side by that time, we decided to pool our resources and
finaly developed a better version, which we both kinda agree on. It is
currently avaliable at [http://addict.ghcube.com/ad3SpellLanguages.pas]. I
believe that this is a final change.

Furthermore, Sergey translated a ThesaurusLanguages.pas, which can be
downloaded from the same place:
[http://addict.ghcube.com/ad3ThesaurusLanguages.pas]. He gets all credits on
that, since it fits so smoothly that no corrections were nessesary.

By the way, it's important for multilingual support not to edit these files
in notepad for windows 2k/NT, for it has a feature of changing the text
encoding to something definetely not russian in some particular cases
(especially if russian is not installed in your system). I suppose it would
do the same with other languages.
