Ah - I have the same thing with my ESBPCS and with LMD-Tools etc... One of
the reasons I upgraded from Win98 to Win2000 on our Notebook was I couldn't
get the Help "happy" ...

The same WinHelp 4 on NT/2000 works fine :-/ But because HTMLHelp is MS's
official line (and HTMLHelp v2 is near I gather) I doubt they have any plans
to "fix" things back on Win9X platforms...
